About the project
Dúo Coral: Finance is a private app, for the web and Android, for two people who work together for several clients.
Goal. To know each month how much money comes in, how much is still due and how much is expected in the coming months, without keeping it by hand. It keeps their jobs and their expected and collected income, and every view switches between each person's share and the total of both.
What it does.
- Summary: expected against collected, the next seven days, the clients, six months of history and a forecast of the next six.
- Calendar with each day's total and a dot in the colour of each client.
- Clients and jobs with recurring schedules, changes on a single date, holidays and an archive.
- Exports to PDF and Excel, invoices and availability, and an email summary that is prepared but never sent on its own.
- Hidden amounts: a switch that blurs the amounts to show the app without showing the money.
Security and privacy. The Firestore rules only let the two allowed accounts in and deny everything else, and App Check stops any other app from using the project.
Architecture and quality. Flutter for the web and Android on Firebase Authentication and Firestore, with real-time sync and no server of its own. The web version publishes itself to GitHub Pages and the Android app is built on every release. Every month, GitHub Actions prepares an accounting report in Excel and PDF and a backup of the data, and uploads them to Google Drive.

Status. In daily use.
